EUROPEAN SOCIETY OF UROGENITAL RADIOLOGY
8th Prostate MRI Teaching Course
June 22-23, 2018 / Lille, France

8th esur prostate course

Welcome to Lille !

It is a great pleasure to organize this 8th annual european course dedicated to prostate MR imaging. This is the second time that this yealy event, endorsed by the European Society of Uro-Radiology (ESUR) is held in France ; and this time it is in LILLE, a wonderful and welcoming flanders city, at the crossroads of Paris, London and Bruxelles, and highly accessible by train or plane.

Our objective is to teach you, in 2 days, the best of current knowledge in prostate MRI acquisition, interpretation and reporting techniques, and help you become at ease, or even better in prostate MRI for the diagnosis, staging and follow-up of prostate cancer. Basic and "hot" topics, like active surveillance, target biopsies, PIRADS, focal-therapy will be discussed. For that, we will ask the best specialists of France and Europe to expose their views, tips and perspectives, in short but high-level talks.

This meeting is also a "workshop" : in addition to the courses, we will organize collective and individual interpretation sessions, opened to discussion. Thanks to our unique experience in this domain, we will be able to provide you fast and comfortable case-reading conditions by using individual high-quality tablets (iPads).

With best regards,

Philippe PUECH, M.D, Ph.D
Head of the genito-urinary department in Lille university hospital
